In our town, World Cup skiers have grown up and learned how to ski. Just a few examples: Max Franz, a current member of the Austrian national ski team, Werner Franz – former World Cup skier and winner of World Cup races, as well as Bernhard Flaschberger, who was a Top-10 World Cup racer back in the 1980s. Many other local skiers have competed in the Europa Cup.
